Oil Pulling Therapy

Dr. F. Karach, M.D., presented a paper before the All-Ukrainian Association. The meeting was attended by oncologists and bacteriologists belonging to the Academy of Science of the USSR. Dr. Karach explained an unusual simple healing process using cold-pressed oils.

The results of this therapy invoked astonishment and doubt concerning the contents of his report. However, after further examining the workings of the oil pulling therapy, one has but to then test it on oneself to prove its validity and effectiveness. It is most astonishing that such results can be achieved with this absolutely harmless biological healing method. This simple method makes it possible to effectively treat the most varied diseases, in some cases enabling one to avoid surgical intervention and the taking of medications that can have harmful side effects.

The exciting factor of this oil pulling healing method is its simplicity. It consists of swishing or pulling cold-pressed oil in the mouth (Sunflower or Sesame, Pl. note you don't need to go for organic oils only, normal refined sunflower oil bought from any supermarket proven to be effective in many people). The healing process is accomplished by the human organism on its own. In this way it is possible to heal cells, tissue and all organs simultaneously; the body itself gets rid of toxic waste without disturbing the healthy micro flora. Dr. Karach says human beings are living only half their life span. 

Oil Pulling Method

In the morning, before breakfast on an empty stomach you take one tablespoon in the mouth but do not swallow it. Move Oil Slowly in the mouth as rinsing or swishing and Dr. Karach puts it as ' sip, suck and pull through the teeth' for fifteen to twenty minutes. This process makes oil thoroughly mixed with saliva. Swishing activates the enzymes and the enzymes draw toxins out of the blood. The oil must not be swallowed, for it has become toxic. As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. It is then spit from the mouth, the oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and mouth must be washed thoroughly. Just use normal tap water and good old fingers to clean.

Do not dispose in the sink - spit in toilet or trash can!  It could clog your sink!

It is important to understand that during the oil pulling / oil swishing process one's metabolism is intensified. This leads to improved health. One of the most striking results of this process is the fastening of loose teeth, the elimination of bleeding gums and the visible whitening of the teeth.

The oil pulling /swishing is done best before breakfast. To accelerate the healing process, it can be repeated three times a day, but always before meals on an empty stomach.


  • (a) Do not swallow. The oil should be spat out. But inadvertently if you swallow there is nothing to worry. It will go out through feces. Nothing is to be done.
  • (b) If you are allergic to a particular brand of oil, change the brand of oil or oil itself to different oil.
  • (c) Sunflower and Sesame oil have been found to be equally effective in curing diseases. Other oils were not found to be as good. Do not blame oil pulling by practicing with other oils.

Results of Oil Pulling

The result of this healing research has attracted amazement and resulted in further research. This additional research concerning Oil Therapy has now been thoroughly documented, especially with regard to physiological similarities between individuals. How Does Dry Brushing Work?

Dry brushing is the manual use of a firm, natural bristle brush. The technique may be used on dry skin at home, or in the spa environment, before massage and body treatments. Recognized for numerous health benefits, the treatment is invigorating, stimulating and detoxifying.

What are the Benefits of Dry Brushing?

Detoxification, skin exfoliation, increased lymphatic flow and increased energy are just some of the benefits of dry body brushing. Some even claim the technique helps break up fatty deposits and digestive problems, while many acne sufferers report that the overall detox effect improves skin issues.

How Exactly does it Help with Detoxification?

Stagnant lymph needs to be moved, and dry body brushing prompts the cells to release toxic deposits into the lymph while simultaneously cleansing the lymph itself.   1. Start at the toes, working up the foot in light, sweeping one directional movements, following the brush with one hand to the popliteal lymphatic node behind the knee.
  2. Move up to the back of the thigh, working in long strokes out towards the buttocks.
  3. Repeat on the other leg.
  4. Brush lightly on stomach from waist to navel on alternate sides. Then brush across the chest and around the breasts.
  5. Brush the front of the arms in long strokes towards the auxiliary lymphatic node, situated under the arm.
  6. Jump in the shower.
  7. Apply your favorite essential oil blend, treatment products or body moisturizer.

Dry brushing takes just a few minutes and is best done in the morning, as it wakes and warms you.

Is There Anything Specific to Look for in a Proper Brush?

Look for hard bristles, not soft nylon. Cactus or vegetable-derived bristles are preferred and are commonly used. A firm bristle is ideal or the technique doesn’t work, as you need to be able to stimulate lymph flow. Care for your brush by spraying it with pure Tea Tree Oil before using, and soak it in an antibacterial wash and hot water to keep it hygienically clean. Find a brush with a detachable handle for reaching your back and a strap to keep it comfortably in the palm of your hand. 


Eyebrow Growing Tips

    1.  Milk:

Milk and its products are full of vitamins and proteins. It can be a beneficial way to deal with the problem. Take some milk and dip a cotton ball in it. Rub this milk dipped cotton ball over the eyebrow at night. The genuine aspects of milk will nurture the roots of the hair of the eyebrow. Daily usage of this remedy will enhance the growth of eyebrow.

  1. Fenugreek Seeds:

Fenugreek seeds, commonly known as methi are useful for this purpose. Soak the seeds in water overnight. Make a paste of it. Apply the paste in the early morning before going for a shower. You can also add a few drops of almond oil in the paste. This will nourish the skin along with helping in eyebrow hair growth.

  1. Lemon:

A wedge or slice of lemon massaged over the eyebrow is another effective home remedy for eyebrowgrowth. Take ¼ cup of coconut oil and add sliced peels of 1 lemon.  Let the mixture stay in a dark place overnight. The following day, take the mixture and apply it over the eyebrow with the help of a cotton ball. For precautionary purpose, avoid direct sunlight up to 2 hours of application to get protection from irritation.

  1. Onion Juice:

It is a valuable cure for getting fuller eyebrow as onions are rich in sulfur content, which is an important element for eyebrow hair growth. Extract juice from an onion. Apply a cotton ball dipped in onion juice. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

  1. Aloe Vera Pulp:

Take aloe-vera pulp from its leaves. Apply it on the eyebrow and leave it for 30 minutes. Then, rinse off with water. This cure can help in resuming the damage caused because of over plucking of eyebrows. This pulp can also assist in making the skin shiny and soft near the eyebrow region.

  1. Shoe Flower:

Shoe flower or hibiscus or China rose can be a good solution for making eyebrow broad. Make a paste of the shoe flower and apply on the eyebrow. Let it seep for some time and then rinse off.

  1. Coconut Milk:

Dip a cotton ball in the coconut milk and apply it over the eyebrow area. Leave it overnight as this is an effective solution for re-growth of eyebrow.

  1. Egg Yolk:

Take an egg and extract the yolk from it. Beat the egg yolk properly and apply it over the eyebrow. This helps in enhancing the volume of hair in the eyebrow.

  1. Oil Massage:

Massage with oils like coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil or olive oil in the eyebrow region. This is effective in getting thicker eyebrow re-growth.

  1. Vaseline:

Put vaseline at and near the eyebrows daily for 2-3 times. This will enhance the growth of eyebrow to make them thick.

Although these home remedies work in promoting eyebrow re-growth, keeping a check in other measures also help. Firstly, taking a proper diet that is rich in Vitamins C, B, H (Biotin) and E helps. Secondly, consuming 8 – 10 glasses of water every day helps to remove the unwanted toxins from the body. Also, avoid over-plucking of eyebrows or frequent threading of eyebrows. When any lotion or cream is applied on face, eyebrow is also covered. Try to elude it, because lotion or cream has many chemicals, which can affect the hair growth of the eyebrows. 3- Add 1 or 2 drops in 1 teaspoon of honey or a 4 oz. coconut milk.

You can vary the use and replace different oils like lemon, grapefruit or peppermint or bergamot and sandalwood oil in combination or in place of another to enhance the affect or to see what works best for you.
